Françoise Maitte is a native French speaker. Following her university days in Nice and in the U.S., she became the executive assistant to the CEO of the National Scientific Center of Research and subsequently to the President of the University of Toulon, who was also Counsel of State.

Pursuing her passion for languages and culture, she later moved to Italy, where she specialized in linguistic training and coaching for executives. For years, she has served as a translator and intercultural lecturer for Italian administrations, and for national and multinational companies such as Thales Alenia Space, Banca d'Italia, BNL-BNP Paribas, ENEL Spa, Italian Manufacturers’ Association (Confindustria), Edison, Electricité de France, GdF-Suez/Engie, Italian Parliament, Italian Antitrust Authority, and Italian Exchange Office.

Her excellent knowledge of English has also allowed her to collaborate with the U.N., RAI, TMC, 20th Century Fox, Paramount, and Warner Bros.

She has functioned as interpreter for various Presidents, CEOs, and general managers of national and international companies; for numerous Francophone ambassadors, as well as for the Presidents of companies including Electricité de France, Generali Insurance, Italian Antitrust Authority, Italian Manufacturers’ Association (Confindustria); and for many exponents of the political, economic, scientific, juridical and cultural world.

She specializes in cross-cultural mediation and acts as an Anglo-American-Franco-Italian "trait d'union."
